Formed in 1969 we have been providing design services to private clients, insurance companies, builders and developers for 40 plus years. We design buildings in steel, concrete, timber and masonry, conduct surveys and specify and manage alterations and repairs to existing structures. We conduct pre-purchase Engineer's Reports when your Structural Survey or Mortgage Valuation discovers potential structural problems. We advise Party Wall surveyors on the structural implications of Adjoining Owners schemes and act as Party Wall Surveyor to Building Owners and Adjoining Owners.
