Our passion is for residential buildings, but the scope of our work ranges from small domestic alterations and extensions to larger commercial developments, typically low-rise structures. Our reach is broad, with our work covering London, Essex and the surrounding areas beyond.

As chartered structural engineers, our work consists of designs for new building work as well as structural designs for building alterations, including basements. We assist in the Party Wall process as well as provide assistance to contractors for their temporary works designs and steelwork and reinforced concrete detailing. Our reporting work covers appraisals of existing buildings from clarifications for pre-purchase surveys through to complex subsidence and other insurance claims.

Our range of collaborators includes architects, developers, loss adjusters, contractors, and surveyors, as well as direct with building owners and end users.

Family Beginnings
Since even before coming to work for my father, I have dedicated my working life to resolving clients’ construction problems. Being a Chartered engineer for over a quarter of a decade has provided me with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of structural engineering, as well as working on a wide range of projects throughout my career.
Managing and Mentoring
Now passing on the experience and skills learned and level of services provided over the 40+ years of my career, I take just as much pleasure in seeing the strong foundations of the company continuing to be built on as I do looking forward to a sunshine break in southern Europe or the Caribbean!
The Next Generation
Despite passing on the reins of the company I helped shape, alongside my late brother, into the respected and trusted business it is today, I still take immense pride in delivering exceptional results for our clients, and am still dedicated to ensuring the continued success of the company .

I have always felt structural engineers are in a privileged position to positively affect the lives of our clients and those we work with, for and alongside.
Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people.
This basis of not just providing a service but addressing a need has driven me throughout my career in the industry for the past 20+ years. This aligns with my Christian faith and the principle of service - that Christians should use their gifts to serve others and glorify God. As such, the importance of addressing the underlying needs of our clients, not just carrying out the design of the structural solution, drives me daily.
Be kind, patient, and understanding with people who are struggling.
In recent years, my work has broadened to include insurance claims, with a particular focus on subsidence. This work has provided more opportunities to not only assist those with their vision of a different, better life but also to aid those in difficult circumstances.
Always try to do what's right and good, even when it's difficult.
It is these foundations that i try and instill in those around me as core values for how we should behave as a company.

I bring over 20 years of experience in healthcare as a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist, where I developed strong skills in organisation, coordination, and client-focused service.
As the part-time Office Manager at RF Gill and Associates, I support the smooth running of the practice—overseeing daily administration, client communications, and internal operations. With responsive and clear communication, attention to detail, and a calm, professional approach, I strive to ensure both the team and clients receive consistently high-quality support, alongside my ongoing work as a hospice and private occupational therapist.
Eni Malkja

PROJECT ENGINEER
Originally hailing from Albania I am proud to be the first female engineer for the team since joining in 2023.
I like to think I have a sharp eye for detail, and accuracy which makes residential refurbishment and basement projects an ideal match for me .
Over the past two years, I have contributed to countless refurbishment projects across London and the southeast, each one requiring tailored structural solutions that respect the character of the existing buildings, maximise the usefulness for the clients as well as of course adhering to the necessary design and building regulations standards.
I have led the structural design for a number of design schemes, coordinating closely with architects, contractors, and geotechnical consultants to ensure safe, efficient construction in challenging urban environments.
I am passionate about structural integrity, sustainability, both in terms of materials but also creating spaces that last.
I like to think that my experience, combined with an international perspective, makes me a useful team member, adding to the diversity of our engineering team.
Panagiotis (Panos) Dimitriadis

SENIOR ENGINEER
An experienced structural engineer with nine years of dedicated practice within the UK construction industry, specializing in architecturally led residential and refurbishment projects. My expertise encompasses leading complex structural designs, as demonstrated by projects ranging from large-scale residential developments to intricate basement constructions in conservation areas.
I have a proven ability to integrate structural integrity with aesthetic considerations, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.
As a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2015, I am committed to applying sound engineering principles to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
Beyond engineering, I embrace an active lifestyle with a keen interest in running and hiking, as well as exploring new cultures through travel, most recently in South Korea, and enjoying music festivals.
