Due to our long-standing relationships, we can get a contractor to attend a site at very short notice to make a building safe. This could be in the form of temporary propping and hoarding or in terms of dealing with affected services.

When it comes to the post-mitigation repair phase, we will tender to contractors we have used exclusively for this type of work.

In so doing, we ensure they are contractors that we have a long track history with therefore knowing they will undertake the work to the best of their abilities.

Everything from resin repair and Helical bar strengthening to partial or full rebuilds and everything in between will be within the capability of the contractors we select.

Underpinning & Piling Experts

Sometimes vegetation mitigation is not possible or contentious - such as high amenity value trees or perhaps significant magnitude and duration of heave recovery. As such, underpinning may then form an inevitable part of the structural repair schedule of works.

We will schedule the necessary works, clearly identifying works that are attributable to the underpinning together with any necessary drawings and details to ensure the works can be priced and completed fully. Similar to more conventional repairs, we will ensure the contractors on the tender list have a history of working on the necessary sub-structure improvement works.

All our instructions will require an ASUC insurance-backed guarantee for the works.
