Structural & Civil Engineering Design

With offices in West London and Essex, R F Gill & Associates offers a unique combination of local knowledge, established relationships with architects, surveyors and developers, and a fully comprehensive structural engineering service to cater to whatever you or your client needs.

We provide a wide range of structural engineering services spanning the residential, education, retail, leisure, commercial and hospitality sectors. These include mixed use new build projects, through to tricky residential refurbishments.

​Alongside general building design, we also provide inspections and building surveys, design of temporary works, preplanning advice and Basement Impact Assessments.

​Civil Engineering

Our civil engineering team undertake pavement specification and below ground damage design, including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDs) and the production of Flood Risk Assessments (FRA).

​Basements

For our projects involving basements, we combine our structural and civil engineering capabilities including the production of Construction Methodology Statements and full Basement Impact Assessment Reports as well as detailed input into Construction Traffic Management Plans.

Extras As Standard

With long-standing experience in Party Wall Services, below ground drainage, Planning reports, temporary works, below ground waterproofing and much, much more, we are ideally suited to undertake the range of projects that a client may need. We even have an Occupational Therapy consultant who can provide feedback on DDA schemes or even forever homes, ensuring any adaptation can be implemented without significant upheaval to facilitate any retrofitting.
