Temporary Works Design
We are pleased to offer a design service for temporary works, either following catastrophic events or for planned alterations.
Temporary Works schemes are inherent in our designs. However, if you have a scheme which is in need of a temporary works design, let us have a look and give you all the support you require. Our experienced engineers offer practical and safe design solutions utilising the most economic materials.
Whether it is a subterranean excavation that requires sequencing and bracing or an internal alteration that needs multi-phase propping arrangements, we can provide a solution that supports the building and your working arrangements.
If the scheme necessitates facade retention or you want a sequenced demolition and rebuild, have a chat with us and we can develop a scheme that meets yours and the planners requirements.
We are also able to offer a monitoring service, checking the installation of temporary works and jacking schemes where the load is transferred to temporary or permanent beams thus avoiding excessive deflection and cracking within existing structures.

Our basement and other reinforced concrete structural designs include the reinforcement details and schedules.
