Structural Engineering 

Richard F. Gill and Associates is an engineering practice comprising structural, civil and public health engineers. We provide a wide range of structural engineering services spanning the residential, education, retail, leisure, commercial and hospitality sectors. These include mixed use new build projects, through to tricky residential refurbishments.

Alongside general building design, we also provide inspections and building surveys, design of temporary works, preplanning advice and Basement Impact Assessments.

Civil Engineering 

Our civil engineering team cover pavement and below ground damage design, including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDs) and the production of Flood Risk Assessments (FRA).

Basements

For our projects involving basements, we combine our structural and civil engineering capabilities including the production of Construction Methodology Statement and full Basement Impact Assessment Reports as well as detailed input into Construcion Traffic Management Plans.

Working with various teams in house we are able to provide a combined service that benefits from close co-ordination, as well as providing a stand-alone service.
